To place a customized or commissioned piece, please send us an email with as much detail about your ideas and what you envision. We will get back to you to discuss options and ideas as soon as we are able.

 

Payment and Shipping

 

Payment is accepted through Venmo and Paypal.

Orders are shipped with Priority shipping and tracking information is provided to the customer. 

 

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of custom pieces, we do not accept returns or provide refunds. We make every effort to make sure our customers receive the piece to memorialize their furry friend they will love for years to come. If for any reason you are not happy with your piece, please contact us to discuss.
